"Windermere Veterinary Seevices is the best! I have been going here since it opened and before it opened was with Dr. Qasim at Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital. He has been my veterinarian for over 5 years. He is amazing and truly cares for animals. I have 4 huge dogs and he always accommodates me and my babies. He takes his time with each of them which is why I don’t mind waiting to see him because I know he takes all the time he needs to assess and treat every animal! I love that he offers yearly pet packages as this has saved me a lot of money through the years! The staff is great. I would highly recommend Windermere Veterinary Services and am happy that I found a Dr. whom I trust!"

"If I could give this place more stars, I would; and coming from me, that says a lot. I worked in customer service for almost 15 years and I have high standards, especially when it comes to my animal babies. After trying out a few vets in the orlando area, I was lucky enough to find this one. Not only does this facility provide excellent customer service, but I have never felt as though they we’re trying to up-sell me on anything. Everyone is honest and genuine. In general, I’m typically in and out in no time, and there has already been a couple times where I was able to get last minute appointments. The only negative thing about this facility is the parking lot, but the service received makes any parking frustrations well worth it. I’m very happy with the service and will continue to be a long term customer."

"We live in Dr. Philips and so normally go to WVS' sister practice, Dr. Philips Animal Hospital. Dr. Bilal has twice referred out pets to WVS for surgical procedures. Not only were the surgical outcomes positive, the service and standard of care were top notch. The staff is super attentive and friendly and services are delivered in a timely fashion."

"I had to take my dog Kara (Boston terrier) to see Dr Qasim a few weeks ago when our other dog Reese (Mastiff) stepped on her while playing. We had called and spoke to Angelica on the phone who was very helpful. They were able to get us in right away and we decided to do X-rays. The whole process was very quick and the staff was so comforting even though I was a nervous wreck! Kara is doing great and luckily had no major issue. "Just when I thought I lost all hope trying to find a decent doctor for my cats, I luckily found Dr. Qasim and his lovely staff! My cat wasn't feeling well and just started crying in pain out of no where, I called around frantically trying to find somewhere open. The lovely receptionist explained that this location was only open until 5pm however, their other location at Dr. Phillips was open until 11pm!! I was able to get seen right away once I was there and the doctor was so nice and throughly explained everything to me (diagnostics, procedures and treatment) I was very rest assured that everything was going to be okay. After I brought my kitty home she was already feeling better and by the second day she was back to her normal and lively self! So grateful for this doctor and his team at both locations! I called Windermere Veterinary Services and I received an appointment for 20 minutes for then. When we came in we were immediately greeted with a warm friendly smile, the technician was very sweet with my boy cared for them as if he was her own. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and had amazing bedside manner and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my pet very efficiently. I could not be more happier with our first appointment at this place. "My dog Jojo loves Dr. Qasim. She always looks forward to the treats he keeps hidden in his cabinets in the rooms. We purchased one of his plans at the Dr Phillips location and it is good for both offices. Anytime we need to come in her office visit is free! This is great since she has skin issues we are constantly dealing with! Her annual vaccines bloodwork and unlimited nail trims are also included!
