About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced veterinary professional to join our great team as Office Manager. The role demands a leader with the interpersonal and organizational skills to continue achieving our goals of delivering excellent patient care and customer service to our clients.

Duties

The Office Manager duties include administrative activities related to the practice.

• Mentoring the staff
• Overseeing the business operations and maintenance of the facility
• Ensuring the business growth and profitability of the practice
• Supporting the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional client service

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings
• The ability to make decisions, delegate responsibility and achieve results with hospital team members
• Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and deal with an environment of changing priorities

Lead Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time, Part-Time)

Hourly: $12 - $15 an hour

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled veterinary receptionist for full or part-time work at our Orlando clinics. The right candidate will be available for day and evening coverage. AVIMARK experience is required.

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• AVIMARK experience (required)
• Monday availability (required)

We are a well established, privately owned, small animal practice located in sunny Orlando, Florida. We are looking for an associate veterinarian to help expand our availability to our clientele. We have two hospitals, one located in Dr. Phillips and the other in Windermere. We are looking for an honest, hardworking, and trustworthy candidate, dedicated to practicing exceptional veterinary medicine and patient care.

Our hospitals have an excellent reputation for quality veterinary medicine and compassionate care. Salary and benefits will be based upon experience. Scheduling is flexible, and we are looking for you to put your own touch on the practice. We would enthusiastically welcome a full time associate veterinarian ready to handle an array of medical cases and take on our diverse clientele requests, as well as, to add variety to both of our practices. Our surgical suite supports an array of procedures including, but not limited to spay, neuter, dental cleaning, enucleation, cystotomy, mass removals, etc. We function as a day practice with extended hours for our patients to provide care almost anytime.
